who are available to capture and remove honeybee swarms or colonies
that are in a place where they should not be.

They will assess the situation and contact a BANV member
who is available at the time and who has the skills required.

The dispatchers will need to know some information about the swarm/colony
so they can provide the proper person with the proper equipment:

1.      What is the exact location?                                                

2.      What is the name and number of the person to contact?

3.       Are you sure they are honeybees?                                   

4.      How long have they been there?                                       

5.      How large is the swarm?                                                    

6.      How high above the ground are they?
